What we collect
You can use the BlockMatch quiz anonymously. If you choose to sign in with Google to save your matches, we receive your name, email address, and profile image from Google, and we store the quiz answers and neighborhood matches associated with your account.
What we store when you contact us
If you send an inquiry through a contact form, we store the details you submit (name, email, optional phone and message, and which neighborhood you asked about) so Vladimir can respond to you and so your message isn’t lost if email delivery hiccups. If you use “Email me my matches,” we store the email address you entered and send your matches to it. These records go to no one else — no third-party CRM, no list rentals — and we delete them on request (see below).
Why we collect it
To save your neighborhood matches so you can return to them, to email your matches to you, and to let a local expert follow up if you ask us to connect.
How we use it & your California rights
We do not sell your personal information. We use it only to provide and improve BlockMatch and to follow up if you ask us to connect with an expert. We keep your saved matches until you delete them or ask us to remove them. As a California resident you have the right to know what we hold about you and to request its deletion; see below.
Deleting your data
You can delete your saved matches and your account at any time from your My matches page using “Delete my data,” which permanently removes your account and saved results.
